LEED Certified Milan Headquarters
Versace’s newly opened headquarters are located in Porta Nuova, a dynamic neighbourhood and an emblem of Milanese innovation. The spacious and open interiors of the new building have been designed and furnished to encourage collaboration and the sharing of ideas. We’ve created a space where inspiration, innovation and opportunity can thrive.
Versace focuses on the environment and employee wellbeing
Each floor within the building is illuminated by plenty of natural light thanks to the placement of large windows that wrap the entire space. The new offices face a green area called “Biblioteca degli Alberi,” a 90,000 square-meter park — the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing break.
Sustainability, a key focus within our company mission, lays at the center of the new location which makes a positive contribution to both the community and the environment. The new building has obtained the LEED Gold certification (an internationally recognized green building certification) throughout the requalification process, allowing Versace to make a small yet important contribution towards a greener world.

MANIFESTO
All-over decoration for “very Versace” interiors
The Manifesto large-size tile collection uses extremely high resolution technology and precious metal glazes to recreate the exclusive beauty of Versace’s most iconic prints. With their 120x280 cm size and thickness of just 6 mm, the surfaces create a stunning ceramic wallpaper effect that brings the unmistakable appeal of the world of Versace to large residential spaces and hospitality areas. Manifesto is a crossover collection that offers unlimited potential for use in combination with the Versace Ceramics range of floor tiles.

Icons is the collection that pays the greatest tribute to Versace’s creative genius, featuring prints that are immediately recognisable for their sophisticated, decorative style. This collection, designed primarily for tiling bathroom walls, allows you to create living spaces that will literally envelop you in their exclusive textures, which take their inspiration from textiles and are skilfully transferred onto the ceramic surface, with vibrant colours, 3D effects and accents of precious metal. The various ranges of patterns, offering a total of 24 variants, naturally include the elements most closely associated with the brand’s heritage, together with latestgeneration graphic motifs that bring a contemporary edge to the luxury of feeling at home with Versace.

METEORITE
A new, sophisticated idea of luxury
Versace Ceramics style is newly and fascinatingly interpreted in Meteorite collection, drawing inspiration from the valuable slabs in crystal quartzite, in four styled colours. Many are the application solutions - also thanks to the exclusive decorating elements - including the “Megabarocco” unprecedented surfaces, a mix of the precious facets of mineral matter and one of the patterns that best represents the design identity of the Versace brand.
MAXIMVS
Marble effect: a choice of style.
The luxury fascination of the finest marble finds its highest expression in the Maximvs project, which is the result of a careful selection of 8 different marble types, whose natural beauty is enhanced by the large slabs and the sparkling effect of the surfaces. The collection includes marbles of Italian origin, those traditionally found in noble residences, as well as other varieties with exotic appeal, characterized by colour accents that recall the opulence of precious stones.
